0509 Measures against rat holes in dehydrated cakes
Confirmed effectiveness with manual air injection! The test results are good, and this is a case where it was adopted along with the controller.
At the chemical manufacturer's plant, the dewatered cake is stored in a hopper before being supplied to the drying equipment. However, a rat hole forms in this hopper, which is why they adopted our bridge breaker. After reviewing the hopper drawings and samples, we provided examples of the equipment layout and control. For the layout, we proposed a total of 7 Brody disks (standard type): 3 disks on the central inclined surface of the three surfaces, and 2 disks each on the remaining two adjacent surfaces. Since the user wanted to test the equipment, we lent them these 7 disks, and they confirmed the effectiveness through manual air injection. The test results were favorable, and they have since adopted the equipment along with a controller for automatic control. [Case Summary] ■ Target: Unknown name (although it is a dewatered cake, it appears powdery) ■ Hopper Overview: Approximately 2000×1200 with three inclined surfaces (one surface is vertical) ■ Discharge: Dual-axis feeder *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
basic information
【Product Specifications】 ■ 7 Brody Disks "BD-15S-B" ■ 1 Controller "C-SV4" 【Key Points of This Equipment】 ■ The elastic disk (silicone) is very important in terms of strength and durability, especially considering the risk of foreign matter contamination. The silicone disks of this equipment excel in strength and durability. Once you use it, you will understand! ■ Control (how to aerate?) is crucial! We provide guidance on what should be done. A dedicated controller is also available. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
