We would like to introduce a case where a Japanese company overseas used our product. Without any prior consultation, they ordered three standard Brodisks. When they filled the hopper to its maximum capacity and operated the Brodisk, a space formed at the top, leading to a recurrence of discharge issues. It was only at this point that they reached out for assistance. Upon reviewing the hopper diagram, we noticed that the slope of the conical section was approximately 45°, which is quite gentle. We suggested installing a total of six standard Brodisks. As a result, this issue was resolved immediately.
