0520 Resolution of rat holes in aluminum hydroxide
We would like to introduce a case that has been consulted by users who are already using our Brodisk!
According to the user, the material originally had concerns about rat holes, but there were no issues when operating the broad disk at the time of equipment installation. However, since the rainy season (on days with high humidity), rat holes have started to occur, which prompted the consultation. We have resolved the issue by adding more broad disks and adopting a new controller with four built-in solenoid valves to turn on the air in small quantities. Users who are already using broad disks are also welcome to contact us if they encounter any problems. 【Product Specifications】 ■ Broad Disk "BD-15S-B" x 8 ■ Controller "C-SV4" x 1 *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
basic information
【Case Summary】 ■Hopper - Dimensions: Approximately 1000×1000 - Discharge section: Approximately 200×200 ■Target Material: Aluminum Hydroxide <Installation Quantity and Control Before and After Changes> ■Before Change - 4 Blowing Disks (BD-15) - 1 Solenoid Valve to simultaneously turn ON/OFF air for 4 disks ■After Change - 8 Blowing Disks (BD-15) - A controller with 4 built-in solenoid valves sequentially turns ON air for 2 disks at a time with a time delay (This also reduces air consumption and lowers dust emission risk) 【Key Points of This Equipment】 ■The elastic disk (silicone) is very important in terms of strength and durability due to the risk of foreign material contamination. The silicone disks in this equipment are exceptionally strong and durable. Once you use it, you will understand! ■Control (how to aerate?) is crucial! We provide guidance on what should be done. A dedicated controller is also available. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
