This is an introduction to a case where a problem was resolved by the urgent installation of a Brodisk due to the formation of a bridge during trial operation of newly introduced equipment. As a result of consultations during the inquiry, the customer requested the urgent installation of four Brodisk (standard type: BD-15S-W), and we promptly sent them. The results of their use were excellent, leading to immediate adoption. Additionally, due to the user's circumstances, they are considering further installation of Brodisk in the future for this hopper. Currently, they are using the C-SV4 controller (which has four built-in solenoid valves) for control, and the same controller can be used if additional Brodisk are installed in the future.
