0546 Solving the bridge of urethane fine powder

We recommend the installation of three blow discs near the discharge area, which has resolved the bridging issue.

We received your consultation regarding the issues during the regular maintenance of the plant. Although there are measures in place to address bridging, such as the installation of knockers and aeration equipment, bridging is occurring further down, and you would like to resolve this during the maintenance. Currently, the bridge breaker is only located in the middle of the cone section, and there are no measures near the crucial discharge area. Therefore, we recommended and installed three Bro-Disk (BD-15) units near the discharge area.
