The hopper for relay use comes with an agitator to prevent bridging; however, its position is not ideal, leading to the occurrence of bridging. Changing the position and shape would incur high costs, so we were consulted on how to address this issue cost-effectively. After reviewing the detailed drawings of the hopper, we provided guidance on a rational arrangement of the blow disks that would not interfere with the existing agitator. We lent out the blow disks for testing, and upon successful trials, they were implemented.
