We would like to introduce a case where "Blow Disk" was implemented to shorten the discharge time from the dust collection silo. The equipment flow is dust collector → silo → jet pack truck, and due to poor dust flow, loading onto the jet pack truck took a long time, which was the objective of this improvement. We installed a total of 24 units, with 1 unit on the bottom tier, 2 units on the middle tier, and 3 units on the top tier, on each of the 4 sides, close to the discharge section.
