We would like to introduce a case where our product was installed to prevent bridging in a hopper with very fine grinding materials. In this case, the customer had previously experienced damage due to wear in the transport piping of this material, and they were concerned about whether the hopper walls would wear due to air injection from the blow disk. By placing a wear-resistant rubber sheet between the blow disk and the inner wall of the hopper, the system is now operating without any issues. 【Installation Overview】 ■ Hopper dimensions: 800×800 ■ Discharge: Screw feeder ■ Equipment arrangement: A total of 4 standard type (BD-15) units installed, one on each side ■ Control: A controller (C-SV4) with 4 built-in solenoid valves operates each unit individually with relatively low pressure air, with a relatively longer air ON time for each activation ■ Rubber sheet: φ200 (larger size, smaller size is also acceptable) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
