We received a consultation regarding the issue that the cyclone recovery fine powder of the abrasive cannot be discharged from the hopper in the next process. The possible causes are twofold: the discharge diameter is small at Φ50, and the humidity due to weather conditions may further worsen the flowability. By installing the BroaDisk Mini and BroaDisk, we resolved the issue. 【Case Overview】 ■ Hopper Diameter: Φ450 ■ Discharge Diameter: Φ50 ■ Target Material: Alumina Abrasive Recovery Fine Powder ■ Equipment Configuration: Four BroaDisk Minis (two at different heights) near the discharge area, with two BroaDisks above them. 【Key Points of Our Equipment】 ■ The elastic disk (silicone) is very important in terms of strength and durability, especially considering the risk of foreign material contamination.
