0614 Difficult to discharge tightly inside the container → Resolved

Easily solved at low cost! A case study introducing the standard Brodisk model BD-15S-B.

We received a consultation regarding the transportation of a powder container tank by truck, where the materials inside the tank became compacted due to vibrations during transport, making it impossible to discharge. We installed a total of four BD-15S-B standard blow discs, one on each side. During discharge, we manually turn on the air, but first, we repeat turning on the air 2-3 times for a few seconds while the butterfly valve is closed. After that, we open the butterfly valve and continue aeration, which resolved the issue. 【Conditions】 ■ Container dimensions: 1000×1000 ■ Discharge section: 200A butterfly valve ■ Inclination angle: approximately 55° ■ Target material: mixture of pellets and fine powder 【Key Points of This Equipment】 ■ The elastic disk (silicone) is very important in terms of strength and durability due to the risk of foreign matter contamination. The silicone disk of this equipment is exceptionally strong and durable. Once you use it, you will understand! ■ Control (how to aerate?) is crucial! We provide guidance on what should be done. We also have a dedicated controller available. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
