We would like to introduce a case where a business engaged in resin injection molding adopted the "Brodisk." The issue was that in the elastomer raw material hopper, increasing the ratio of crushed material caused bridging, and even after installing an air injection nozzle and implementing static electricity countermeasures, there was no effect. After hearing the details, we provided examples of countermeasures regarding the model and placement of our equipment, and it was subsequently introduced.
