0665 Installed in container tank / metal oxide / several tens of micrometers
A case where a mobile container could not discharge its contents due to the rat-hole phenomenon!
We would like to introduce a case study where our "Brodisk" was adopted. Four Brodisks are arranged on the upper central circumference of the conical section, and four Brodisk Minis are placed just above the discharge section. This equipment injects compressed air along the inner wall of the tank, making it easy to resolve rat holes in most cases. 【Case Overview】 ■ Container Diameter: Ø600 ■ Container Discharge Diameter: Ø100 ■ Conical Section Inclination: Approximately 45° ■ Target Material: Metal Oxide ■ Particle Size: Around 10 microns 【Key Points of Our Equipment】 ■ The elastic disk (silicone) is very important in terms of the risk of foreign material contamination, as strength and durability are crucial. The silicone disks in our equipment are exceptionally strong and durable. Once you use it, you will understand! ■ Control (how to aerate?) is important! We provide guidance on what should be done. We also have a dedicated controller available. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
