0670 Installed in the baking soda silo
Introducing a case where we were consulted for problem-solving at a paper-related factory!
We would like to introduce a case study where our "Brodisk" was adopted. We received inquiries about the inability to discharge powder from a baking soda silo due to daily conditions (weather and humidity). We set up one Brodisk on a plate resembling a hopper wall and lent it out. The user then flowed air through the above-mentioned product to confirm air injection and vibration. Ultimately, they decided to implement it, and it is being used smoothly. [Case Overview] ■ Silo Diameter: Ø2000 ■ Discharge Diameter: Ø300 ■ Contents: Baking soda ■ Configuration and Quantity: 4 standard Brodisks arranged in 2 tiers ■ Control: A controller with 4 built-in solenoid valves intermittently aerates a total of 8 Brodisks, 2 at a time. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
