0673 Aeration of activated carbon storage tank

Introducing a case where a blow disk was adopted in conjunction with the overhaul of water treatment equipment.

We would like to introduce a case study of our "Brodisk" installation. The background is that the customer stated, "We are using a vibration discharge device and metal mesh aeration for bridge prevention in an existing silo, but the aeration is not effective," and they decided to replace it with our equipment. As a result, the customer requested that our device be positioned where the previous aeration was located. After confirming the details and determining that there were no issues, they proceeded with the installation. The equipment has been operating without any problems since then. 【Case Overview】 ■ Target Material: Wood-based powdered activated carbon (Density: approx. 0.4) ■ Configuration: A total of 6 units installed at 60° intervals on the upper hopper of the vibration discharge device, all on the same circumference. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
