Perform vacuum treatment on the entire bag to minimize air retention and package multiple packs under the same conditions.
The pre-made bag containing the product is placed inside the chamber, and after simultaneously reducing the pressure on both the inside and outside of the bag, the bag opening is sealed within the same chamber. This method minimizes dependence on nozzle positioning and the operator's handling, making it suitable for complex shapes that tend to trap air in deep areas or recesses of the product, as well as for parts coated with rust-preventive oil. Aluminum three-side seal bags, high barrier bags, and PE bags can be considered based on the product and storage/shipping conditions. The lineup ranges from tabletop models to standalone models with larger chamber sizes and double chamber types, allowing selection based on product dimensions and production volume for small to medium and large products. Furthermore, the C370, equipped with two 900mm sealing bars, can accommodate long products such as shafts, rails, cables, harnesses, and chains. In the double chamber type, while one side is under vacuum and sealing, the other side allows for the retrieval of packaged products and the setup of the next product. This replaces the waiting time in the vacuum process with preparation work, facilitating a continuous packaging cycle. If multiple packs can be arranged within the chamber, they can be processed simultaneously under the same reduced pressure environment and settings. LIC conducts packaging tests with actual products and creates sample packs.
