We would like to introduce a case where our "necfru MAM/DAM" was implemented at Company F, a robot SIer. The company faced challenges such as difficulty in searching for project materials that relied heavily on folder structures. To address this, they organized a tag dictionary for project/equipment names, processes, and versions, and created permission templates for each partner company to share URLs. This shortened the preparation time for on-site startup materials and reduced the risk of information leakage due to mismanagement of sharing ranges.
