We would like to introduce a case where our "necfru MAM/DAM" was implemented at Company G, which engages in testing and analysis outsourcing services. At this company, testing data was dispersed across different projects, making it difficult to re-search. Therefore, we standardized tags by project ID, testing conditions, equipment, and date. We proposed a method for managing deliverables as sets and sharing them in a limited manner via URL.
