As the number of educational videos and photos increased, the synchronized storage became heavy, and outdated materials remained, creating a situation where the field could easily become confused. Customer-facing materials and internal documents were mixed, and the criteria for deletion were unclear, which posed challenges. By managing tags based on model, process, and revision date, current usage was separated for operational purposes, while older versions were moved to MAM/DAM. Photos and videos are stored in a way that allows for previewing, and a system was established to route long-term storage items to COLD.
