Nitto Metal Industry's "Suction Nozzle" is used in the process of sucking in powder raw materials and supplying them to tanks and equipment. - It is attached to the end of the suction hose for use. - During powder suction, it simultaneously draws in air to prevent clogging in the hose. - The amount of air being sucked in can be adjusted with a ball valve. - A vacuum system can be used for suction. - The suction opening is at a 45° angle to prevent the adhesion of inner bags and other materials. - It is made entirely of stainless steel, making it resistant to rust and hygienic. This addresses the issue of "poor liquid flow when the lid is closed." We have published a case study on our website about a dining bar operating company that has introduced fermentation tanks for beer from Nitto Metal Industry. The company opened a craft beer brewery in 2020, but decided to introduce new fermentation tanks as they were unable to meet even half of the demand.
