"Are meat products other than raw meat (such as ham and sausages) included in the heating treatment standards?" Not limited to raw meat or wild game meat, even processed meat products such as cooked ham and sausages are subject to heating treatment standards as "animal-derived food recycling resources," which generally require heating treatment of 90°C or higher for more than 60 minutes. However, in specific cases where it can be guaranteed that the prescribed heating treatment (i.e., a center temperature of 70°C or higher for more than 30 minutes) has been conducted during the food manufacturing stage, they will be exempt from the heating treatment standards.
