Recycled cooking oil (such as oil used for frying meat products, which is collected for reuse) falls under "animal-derived food circulation resources." → Heating treatment at 90°C for more than 60 minutes is required. However, among these, only the recycled cooking oil that is discharged from food manufacturers and food service providers, and has been handled in such a way that it does not come into contact with meat after cooling, can be judged to fall under "processed food-derived animal-derived food circulation resources" (which are exempt from the requirements of heating treatment at 90°C for more than 60 minutes). Recycled cooking oil discharged from households or untraceable recycled cooking oil cannot be judged to fall under "processed food-derived animal-derived food circulation resources," and therefore is subject to heating treatment at 90°C for more than 60 minutes. Okadora Cyclone Dryer can provide dryers that comply with this regulatory amendment.
