Not only raw meat and wild game meat, but also processed meat products such as cooked ham and sausages are subject to heating treatment as "animal-derived food recycling resources," which generally requires heating at 90°C or higher for at least 60 minutes. However, in specific cases where it can be guaranteed that the prescribed heating treatment (i.e., a center temperature of 70°C or higher for at least 30 minutes) was conducted during the food manufacturing stage, they may be exempt from the heating treatment standards.
