The V-P01 is an XY stage that boasts high precision and high stability driven by a linear motor. It can handle loads of up to 100N and achieves high-speed and high-acceleration movement. With a position accuracy of ±1µm and a minimum incremental motion of 0.1µm, it is suitable for AOI automatic optical inspection and scanning applications.
