The E-625 is a high-performance servo controller designed for low-voltage piezo actuators. It allows for parallel networking of up to 12 units and can flexibly accommodate multi-axis control systems. With a 24-bit high-resolution A/D and a 20-bit D/A converter, it achieves high-precision position detection and smooth operation. Sensors can be selected from capacitive or strain gauge (SGS) options. It features PI's unique GCS command system, software compatible with LabVIEW and DLL, and waveform memory functionality, making it ideal for device development and experimental applications.
