The N-472 series is a highly reliable closed-loop actuator that employs the Piezoelectric Inertia Drive method. It enables high-precision positioning control, with position feedback obtainable via an incremental encoder. While ensuring a maximum driving force of 22N and a holding force of over 100N, it requires no current when not in operation, minimizing heat generation. It allows for easy installation with an M10×1 screw and a 9.5mm clamp shank, making it suitable for device integration.
