PILOTファインセラミックスは、当社シャープペンシルで培った混練、押出成形、焼成といったコア技術を利用したユニークなセラミック製品です。 独自開発の押出成形設備と焼成ノウハウにより緻密に成形し、均質に焼成された高密度・高強度・高純度のセラミックスです。さらに二次加を加えることにより、内外径に高精度(ミクロンオーダー)の寸法精度と表面の平滑面(サブミクロンオーダー)の面粗度が提供可能です。
