In general, for drilling and laser processing, it is considered difficult to create deep holes with an aspect ratio (depth/inner diameter) of 10 or more for holes with a diameter of less than 1mm. Our company is capable of producing items with an aspect ratio of over 200 using advanced extrusion molding. Additionally, we can manufacture with a free wall thickness, and for "thin-walled pipe shapes," which are prone to deformation and uneven wall thickness, we can produce with a wall thickness of 0.1mm and a length of 100mm (when the outer diameter is Φ1.3mm).
