Our "Aluminum Nitride" utilizes the extrusion molding technology of mechanical pencil leads and can be produced in aspect ratios of 200 or more. "Aluminum Nitride" possesses an extremely high thermal conductivity among ceramics and is an excellent material for electrical insulation and thermal radiation. The available sizes can be manufactured in an outer diameter of φ0.5 to φ6.0, an inner diameter of φ0.02 to φ4.0, and a length of 100mm.
