This is information about a training seminar on ultrasonic flaw detectors. The Japan Welding Engineering Center will hold a handling seminar for UT flaw detectors over two days from October 27 to 28. This seminar focuses on the operation of ultrasonic flaw detectors, aimed at those who are seeking to obtain qualifications for ultrasonic testing in response to requests from various sectors. Participants will receive practical training in operating the flaw detectors (using 6 units each of R-type and G-type) under the guidance of experienced instructors. This seminar will be prioritized for those who have taken or passed the first examination of JSNDI. Additionally, a preparatory seminar for the second examination is scheduled to be held just before the autumn qualification examination in 2021.
