Moldex3D is a comprehensive 3D resin flow analysis software that can be widely utilized by product design engineers and molding engineers alike. The visualization of the plastic molding process using Moldex3D is expected to reduce the mold manufacturing costs associated with trial and error, and to proactively identify and prevent various potential issues that may arise during the process. It employs the finite volume method for its calculations, allowing for large-scale computations to be performed in a shorter time compared to the finite element method, which is widely used in other resin flow analyses. Additionally, it can utilize boundary layer mesh (BLM) technology, enabling the easy creation of high-quality meshes even for complex three-dimensional shapes. BLM is particularly suitable for representing resin flow processes with significant temperature changes near the product surface, facilitating high-precision analysis. By effectively utilizing Moldex3D, we can support the overall optimization of your processes, leading to improvements in product quality and reductions in production cycle time and development periods.

[NCSIMUL4CAM] A high-function post-processor developed as a tool to eliminate downtime of machining machines on-site, compatible with NC programs and APT (APT). By reading and editing machining processes from CAM via APT, NC programs can be flexibly redistributed according to the operational status on-site. [NCSIMUL MACHINE] An essential verification tool for multi-tasking machines and 5-axis machining centers. It decodes the loaded G-code directly. The modified NC program can be sent directly to the machine. [NCSIMUL TOOL] Using 3D models from MachiningCloud or other tool vendors, it can reduce the tool creation time in NCSIMUL MACHINE by 75%.
