Automated high-throughput and efficient sample preparation of mAb cell culture medium.

In the development of cell lines and early processes using Ambr 15, 20 to 48 culture cell liquids of 10 ± 5 mL are arranged in parallel. The preparation of these samples for CQA analysis involves two stages of manual work, making it a labor-intensive process prone to errors. StreamLink CC 15 is the first automated high-throughput system that streamlines the preparation of mAb cell culture samples of 10 ± 5 mL. With automated and optimized protocols, it clarifies and purifies mAb cell culture liquids while maintaining quality, thereby facilitating testing.
