The agarose-based membrane achieves high flow rates while reducing back pressure by combining mass transfer through convection and diffusion, thereby shortening process time without compromising binding capacity. It can reduce setup costs by up to 80% and guarantees membrane lifespan for up to 200 cycles, enabling a high binding capacity of 40 g/L.
