Bioreactor system "Ambr15 Generation2"
Enhancing equipment performance that influences the success of cultivation! We have achieved improved flexibility.
The "Ambr15 Generation2" is a high-throughput automated micro-scale bioreactor system that replicates the performance of laboratory-scale bioreactors. The system consists of single-use vessels, an automated workstation, and user-friendly software. It is designed to be installed in standard biosafety cabinets for aseptic operations, allowing for parallel monitoring and control of 24 or 48 micro-bioreactor cultures. 【Features】 ■ Reduces operator time and increases work efficiency ■ Facilitates the process of determining the best clone ■ Enables faster and more accurate operations ■ Capable of complex liquid mixing and addition for multifactorial experimental designs (DoE) ■ Used in research facilities worldwide *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
basic information
【Other Features】 - Achieves a development approach based on Quality by Design - Reduces costs per experiment significantly by saving on facility space, funding, labor, as well as the amount of culture media and consumables - Enables better selection of clones on-site and more selection of culture media - Contributes to the optimization of faster processes *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Sending recorded video] Cutting-edge pDNA and AAV therapeutics: Comprehensive upstream process technology covering everything from process development to actual production.
Participation in this webinar has ended. If you wish to view it, please contact us. We will send you the URL for the recorded video at a later date. The development of therapeutics using viral vectors is showing strong activity, with over 30% market growth expected in the next decade. The targets for treatment are diverse, but identifying critical process parameters through process development has become an urgent issue. As the first of two webinars, we will introduce the Ambr series, a representative of process development systems in upstream processes, as well as single-use bag bioreactors up to 2000L for large-scale manufacturing, including examples of associated PAT products. *We sincerely apologize, but participation from email addresses other than those of your company or organization is not permitted. Thank you for your understanding.
