Small winch manual/electric type self-locking winch 100kg
While winding up the load, it is safe as it does not fall even if the movement stops. No brakes are needed, so it can be wound up with an electric screwdriver. It is ideal for work in places without power.
The "S-Winch" is a compact and lightweight winch equipped with a new self-locking mechanism (Shoji-Lock). It is available in both manual and electric types, capable of handling a maximum rope pulling force of 100 kgf. It achieves a compact and lightweight design with a neat appearance, allowing for space-saving. It can rotate in both forward and reverse directions and holds the load when the movement is stopped. This enables operation with an electric screwdriver, making it suitable for use in areas where a large power supply is not available, as well as for disaster preparedness and energy-saving measures.
basic information
In the case of a reduction ratio of 64, the maximum rope pulling force is 100 kgf, the lifting amount per revolution is approximately 2.5 mm, the input torque at maximum load is approximately 0.9 Nm, the wire winding length is about 5 m (φ3 mm), and the body weight is 2.6 kg. 【Features】 ○ Holds the position where the operation is stopped. ○ Compact, lightweight, and economical. ○ Excellent strength and durability. ○ Operates quietly without ratchet noise. ○ Simple structure that is less prone to failure and prevents operational mistakes. ○ Easy electric operation with one-touch (Electric/Manual Winch SWE). 【Other Features】 ○ Drum that does not require a specific winding direction for the rope. ○ Unique holding mechanism sealed inside the drum for quiet and powerful operation. ○ Input shaft that maintains the stopped position regardless of rotation direction. ○ Handle that operates smoothly without a ratchet. ○ Compact and lightweight tube-shaped case that allows for flexible mounting direction. ○ Hexagonal shaft that can easily attach and detach from commercially available electric tools or separately sold manual handles. ○ Available in all stainless steel or aluminum (supports loads of 30 kgf). ○ Optional release mechanism for quickly releasing the wire when needed.

We have published the 2015 edition of the winch new product catalog.
The "S-Winch," equipped with a completely new reduction mechanism called "shoji-lock," which self-locks in both forward and reverse rotation anywhere using spur gears instead of worm gears, ratchets, or electromagnetic brakes, has been adopted in various devices and equipment due to its high convenience. This time, we have compiled only the products developed in 2015, which are not included in the comprehensive catalog or on the website, into a single leaflet. Please take a look and consider it!

The second volume of the case studies for the new self-locking deceleration mechanism "shoji-lock" has been completed.
- Small winches have been adopted in shops and museums in Ginza. = They have received positive feedback for their design, being compact and unobtrusive in black. = They are also praised for being easy to operate by ourselves, among other things. Instead of a worm gear, we have developed a completely new inline reducer that self-locks when motion stops, as well as a small winch that maintains position when the handle is stopped in both forward and reverse rotation instead of using a ratchet. Due to the positive reception and increased achievements in various fields, we have created a second edition this time. Please download it and consider it!

We will provide an explanatory booklet: Why does it stop? The secret of the new self-locking deceleration mechanism 'shoji-lock'
A completely new inline reducer that self-locks despite being a spur gear instead of a worm gear. Why does it self-lock? What is the internal structure like? We often get asked these questions. While showing a demo unit or a cut model can help people understand, such opportunities are rare. Therefore, we created a simple explanatory document. Please take a look at this, and if you're interested, feel free to check out our specific products and contact us.

The Ipros version of the S-Winch/S-Linear Actuator product catalog has been updated.
This is a completely new compact winch and rack jack that self-locks regardless of where it stops in forward or reverse rotation, not using a ratchet. It has received positive feedback from various sectors, and due to the increased lineup, we have renewed it this time. Please download it and consider it! Additionally, the comprehensive catalog featuring applied products such as those with motors is available for download from our company website. Please check it out as well.

New Product Information: Manual Small Winch - New Pulley Drum Type Now Available in the Self-Locking Winch Series
The new compact and lightweight winch "S-Winch" series, which incorporates the already well-received new self-locking mechanism (Shoji-Lock), now features an internal pulley model that has been highly requested. Originally designed to be compact, lightweight, and with a sleek appearance, the addition of the internal pulley further enhances space-saving capabilities. It supports a maximum load torque of 5 kgm, achieving a light handle operation force (approximately 6 kg with a handle diameter of 120 mm). It can rotate in both forward and reverse directions and locks in place when stopped. It can be widely used in locations without power, as well as for disaster preparedness and energy-saving measures. Additionally, since it is not a ratchet, it operates very quietly, making it suitable for nighttime work and environments such as hospitals and stage equipment. As an application, a chain sprocket drum type is also possible.
