弊社開発のセルフロック機構(Shoji-Lock)を内蔵した小型インライン減速機です。 例えば装置の昇降や回転、傾動時の途中で動きを止めても荷重を保持できる為、止めた位置で実験したい、作業したいなどという要求に好適です。 もうひとつの特長として、従来のセルフロック機能を有するウォーム減速機は入力軸と出力軸が直交しているためかなり大きなスペースが必要となるのに対し、入出力軸が一直線上（インライン）にあるため、軽量でスマート・コンパクトに設計ができ、様々な装置内に組み込みやすくなっております。 ラインナップも出力軸トルクや減速比によって各機種選択可能。 耐出力軸トルク５～１００ｋｇｍ（荷重×トルクアーム）までご用意。 一部製品ではクリーンルーム対応としてオールステンレス製もラインナップしております。 基本は錆に強い黒色テフロンコーティングを施しています。 また、災害時に電源が無くても駆動・荷重保持が可能です。 防衛・軍事関連、プラント関連、半導体製造装置、自動車組立ライン、装置蓋開閉など様々な所に機械要素として導入していただいております。
