This is a compact and lightweight rack-type jack (linear actuator) equipped with our company's self-locking mechanism (Shoji-Lock). It holds the load at the stopped position while raising and lowering the workpiece. Furthermore, it can be restarted from any position without releasing the brake, whether in forward or reverse rotation (up or down). Additionally, its lightweight and compact design allows for space-saving, making it widely adopted and well-received in various fields. Unlike conventional screw jacks, the rack type offers overwhelmingly faster ascent and descent speeds, characterized by its high efficiency and ease of operation. In addition to the manual-only (SLM series) models, there are also electric models (SLE series) that can be driven by power tool drill drivers. The surface comes standard with a black Teflon coating that is resistant to rust. It can be widely used for disaster preparedness, energy-saving measures, and defense/military applications without a power supply. It is also suitable for universities, research institutes, testing facilities, and explosion-proof measures. Recently, more customers are considering it as an alternative to small hydraulic jacks, taking environmental issues into account. It is compatible with commercially available round rack rods (manufactured by KHK). (Rack rods are not included.)

(Rack rods are not included) Available in T type with guide rods for buckling prevention, and D type that can connect two units in parallel. SLE (Electric Tool Assist) Series Uses commercially available electric drill drivers (Note: Impact drivers are not allowed) to raise and lower the workpiece. Similarly, it holds the load at the position where the driver is stopped. Restarting is also possible without motion. The input shaft tip is hexagonal to accommodate commercially available sockets, and of course, it can also be used manually. *Dedicated handle is optional. Available for load capacities of 100/200/400 kg. Stainless steel manufacturing is also possible for clean rooms, vacuum devices, and marine applications.
