Previously, food waste processors required the removal of processed materials, but since food waste decomposes into liquid within about 24 hours, there is no need to extract residues. As long as the processing capacity is not exceeded, additional food waste can be added. Specialized microorganisms for food waste processing inhabit the microbial carrier at high density within the processing tank, and appropriate stirring improves the biodegradation efficiency, enabling the miniaturization of the device. With minimal odor, it has become possible to install the device indoors without the need for deodorization or exhaust duct facilities, which was previously difficult. Additionally, since high-temperature heating treatment is not required, the power consumption for operating the device can be significantly reduced. The ability to self-process food waste on-site also greatly contributes to CO2 reduction. Our product lineup includes commercial types ranging from 20 kg to over 1,000 kg.
