Here is an overview. --- Takaya Corporation, founded in 1894 and located in Okayama Prefecture, is a long-established company that develops various electronics businesses both domestically and internationally. In recent years, they have faced the challenge of reducing the time required for model switching and material searching due to the manufacturing of small quantities of diverse products. Since 2021, they have implemented the "FUJI Smart Factory/FSF," which integrates systems and automation technology. As a result, the production variety switching and component supply on the circuit board assembly line have been automated, achieving significant labor savings. Additionally, it has become possible to entrust the line to new operators in a short period, greatly reducing the time needed for knowledge transfer.

To better convey the appeal of our company to high school students, we have renewed our recruitment video aimed at them! We are delivering interviews with senior employees and a more realistic look at the actual workplace. It has received positive feedback, with many saying, "It's easy to imagine what working here would be like!" Participants were able to directly experience the daily operations and atmosphere of the workplace through factory tours, and during the discussion with employees, they heard specific stories about job satisfaction and career paths. Feedback from participants included comments such as, "I was able to see the actual work, which made my image of working here more concrete," and "After hearing from the employees, I felt that the company atmosphere is very good." In the 2024 award ceremony, amidst many excellent initiatives, our company's activities were acknowledged. At the award ceremony held at the Okayama Prefectural Office in November, we received a certificate of commendation from Governor Ibaraki. Thanks to your support, the Takaya Group has reached its 130th anniversary. To commemorate this, we have produced original bags at our group company, Takaya Shoji Co., Ltd. The red tag on the bag has been specially designed by our employees.

From March 13 (Wednesday) to 15 (Friday), 2024, at the "38th Spring Conference of the Electronics Packaging Society" held at Tokyo University of Science, Takaya Corporation presented a lecture titled "Latest Trends in Hybrid Testing Systems Combining JTAG Inspection and Flying Probe Testers," which received the Excellence Award at the conference. On September 12, 2024, a ceremony was held at Daido University in Aichi Prefecture during the "MES2024 Symposium," where we were presented with a commemorative plaque.

On Saturday, August 10, 2024, we participated in the "Ibara Work Experience Festival" held at the Yoshii Lifelong Learning Center in Ibara City! On that day, workshops were available for children in Ibara City to experience various "jobs" alongside their parents. At Takaya, we conducted a "Secret Experience of Familiar Radio Waves" using products from our RF Division. Many attendees were surprised to learn for the first time that there is a "No. 1 company with top market share" in their local area. We were very happy to share even a little of our company's appeal and business with them. Thank you for coming despite it being summer vacation.
