In the 20th "Okayama Popular Company Ranking," where graduates expected to graduate in March 2025 are seeking employment, Takaya Corporation ranked 20th overall and 10th among men.
Visavi Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Kita Ward, Okayama City) has conducted a survey targeting graduate students, university students, junior college students, and vocational school students who are expected to graduate in the spring of next year (March 2025) regarding "three companies they hope to work for in Okayama and their reasons for voting." The results have been published. As a result, Takaya Co., Ltd. ranked 20th in the overall ranking and 10th in the men's ranking. About the Takaya Baseball Club Activities
In the 2023 fiscal year, we participated in six tournaments organized by the Ihara City Sports Association and the National Softball Baseball Federation Ihara District, achieving a record of 7 wins and 3 losses (3 championships and 2 runner-up finishes). Additionally, we secured 3 wins in the prefectural tournament (reaching the top four and top eight once each), and a member of the EMS Business Headquarters was selected as an outstanding player by the Okayama Prefectural Softball Baseball Federation. In the 2024 fiscal year, we achieved remarkable victories in both the following events: - March 3: 68th All Japan Softball Baseball Tournament (Division 2) - April 7: 79th National Sports Festival Softball Baseball Competition Ihara Qualifiers This has led to consecutive appearances in the Okayama Prefectural Tournament. We appreciate your continued support and encouragement for the Takaya Baseball Club.

The "Work-Life Balance Experience in Child-Rearing and Employment @ Internship" is a project in Okayama Prefecture aimed at supporting young people in building their life designs by providing opportunities for students to interact with companies and employees that promote the balance of child-rearing and work, such as those designated as "Okayama Child-Rearing Support Declaration Companies," through internships and similar venues. This initiative also aims to strengthen measures against declining birth rates. Takaya Corporation supports the balance of work and child-rearing, as well as the acquisition of parental leave! Currently, the parental leave acquisition and return rates for both men and women are 100%. In addition to parental leave, there are systems such as short-time work for child-rearing and "child nursing leave" that can be taken when a child suddenly falls ill, as well as special paid leave for "wife's childbirth leave." There are also family allowances for childbirth and child-rearing, as well as childbirth celebration bonuses, and we are committed to supporting our employees in balancing work and child-rearing. The 2024 entrance ceremony was held.
On April 1, 2024 (Monday), the Takaya Group held a welcome ceremony for a total of 45 new employees. On January 20, 2023, we obtained the "Kurumin Certification."
Takaya Corporation has obtained the "Kurumin Certification" as of January 20, 2023. The "Kurumin Certification" is a system based on the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children, which allows companies that meet certain criteria to receive certification from the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare as "Childcare Support Companies." Our company has been promoting various initiatives aimed at creating a more comfortable working environment, including measures to prevent excessive work and support for childcare and caregiving. Moving forward, we will continue to promote the support of balancing family and work, and we will persist in our various initiatives.

We exhibited at the Okayama Technology Exhibition (OTEX) 2021.
The real exhibition of the "Okayama Technology Exhibition (OTEX) 2021" was held over two days on November 16 (Tuesday) and 17 (Wednesday), 2021, with 150 companies gathering at the Convex Okayama large, medium, and small exhibition halls. Takaya Corporation exhibited in two divisions: the RF business and the industrial equipment business. On both days, many people, including corporate representatives, the general public, and students, attended the event. On April 1st, we held a welcoming ceremony for 55 new employees of the Takaya Group. Among them, there are 25 new employees from Takaya Corporation. This year, we welcomed an unusually large number of new employees. Although it wasn't planned, we took photos in front of the entrance due to the unexpectedly beautiful weather.

[RF Division] Added 3D materials for security gates for non-residential facilities to spatial design software.
We have provided 3D materials for store anti-shoplifting security gates to MegaSoft Corporation. These can be utilized in spatial design software. For more details, please refer to the materials from MegaSoft Corporation below. ------------------- MegaSoft Corporation (Headquarters: Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture, CEO: Yoshitaka Imachi) has added three security gates for stores from Takaya Corporation to its 3D material download site "Data Center" (http://dc.megasoft.co.jp/), which is developed and sold by the company for architectural and spatial design software. These materials can be used in the architectural design of non-residential buildings such as stores and various facilities with security measures. Additionally, starting January 19, Takaya Corporation has joined as a cooperating manufacturer for information provision on the MegaSoft 3D material download site "Data Center," bringing the total number of cooperating manufacturers to 52. MegaSoft aims to promote the use of 3DCG in architectural design across various fields and will continue to actively produce and publish 3D materials from various sectors to contribute to the creation of safe, secure, and comfortable spaces.
