It responds to the increasing density and multifunctionality of electronic devices and contributes to addressing the challenges of labor shortages and cost reduction in manufacturing sites. <APT-T400J Features> Easy-to-implement price: Designed to keep costs down, making it ideal for first-time implementations or replacements. High-density board compatibility: Unique 4-head 6-probe configuration ensures reliable access to narrow component gaps and upward-facing connectors. Detection of minute defects: Each head is equipped with a measurement unit to measure impedance and capacitance. Fast and stable inspection: Optimized movement mechanism and servo control balance speed and reliability. Visual inspection: High-resolution cameras confirm the presence and polarity of components, with barcode integration for data management. Easy setup: Our uniquely developed inspection program creation support software can automatically generate inspection programs from ODB++, various CAD data, and mount data.
