High-efficiency painting conveyor line Dragon Line
This is a dedicated high-efficiency conveyor line used with Soft Boy Pro Super Spindle and Line Dancer. The conveyor line equipped with an accumulation mechanism will have a longer booth width and increased exhaust energy costs as the number of guns mounted on the painting robot increases. The Dragon Line features an accumulation mechanism that temporarily stops the conveyor line during painting at the painting robot section. By equipping this accumulation mechanism on both sides of the robot, the conveyor line can be stopped during painting, allowing for a minimum booth width, thereby enhancing mass production effects and reducing energy costs. It achieves high quality and mass production at low cost. This is a conveyor line that can be used in conjunction with the Line Dancer.

From the swan robot exhibition to the demonstration.
At Takubo Engineering Co., Ltd. Tōgane Technical Center, we are now able to showcase the Swan Robot Painting System and conduct painting demonstrations. By sending actual workpieces and paint, you can obtain coating evaluations and basic information on painting costs. Additionally, the demonstration environment is a Class 10,000 clean room, fully equipped with booths, dryers, and air showers. The Swan Robot Painting System is also permanently displayed as an exhibit. The setup includes the Swan Robot, Co-Swan (explosion-proof painting material transport device), One Cup System (precision paint dispensing syringe pump), and controllers.
