Takubo Engineering Co., Ltd. has applied an indium mirror coating to the emblem of the Anest Iwata Racing Lexus Racing vehicle. The Super GT-300 race features vehicles that have been customized from commercial cars to racing specifications, with Anest Iwata Co., Ltd. participating as Anest Iwata Racing. The emblem of this vehicle has been treated with an indium mirror coating that reproduces a chrome-like paint film using newly developed indium paint. Compared to traditional chrome plating production, this method consumes less paint, reduces painting costs, and significantly cuts down on waste disposal costs such as sludge fees, thereby improving environmental performance. The chrome-like paint film is recreated using a spray application. The indium mirror coat is realized through the Indium Mirror Coating System, achieved through a three-coat, three-bake process. This was developed through a collaboration between Musashi Paint Co., Ltd., Anest Iwata Co., Ltd., and Takubo Engineering Co., Ltd. This is a dedicated high-efficiency conveyor line used with Soft Boy Pro Super Spindle and Line Dancer. The conveyor line equipped with an accumulation mechanism will have a longer booth width and increased exhaust energy costs as the number of guns mounted on the painting robot increases. The Dragon Line features an accumulation mechanism that temporarily stops the conveyor line during painting at the painting robot section. By equipping this accumulation mechanism on both sides of the robot, the conveyor line can be stopped during painting, allowing for a minimum booth width, thereby enhancing mass production effects and reducing energy costs. It achieves high quality and mass production at low cost. This is a conveyor line that can be used in conjunction with the Line Dancer.

The painting robot "Line Dancer" has improved its transportable weight capacity, allowing it to carry up to 12 spray guns. One robot can match the work of approximately 12 spray painters. It is a highly safe, integrated overhead mobile robot house (booth) developed by Takubo. It enables high production efficiency while maintaining high quality and low cost. With its unique rotational painting technology, R technology achieves high-quality coatings through a thin film multi-coating method.
