The painting robot SOFTBOY PRO is equipped with four guns, allowing for simultaneous painting of two aluminum wheels with both forward and reverse rotation. A precision paint supply system using a syringe pump has been integrated, enabling high-quality production of two units simultaneously under robot control (R technology). Furthermore, it allows for flexible production of one-coat and two-coat finishes with a single robot. The robot system offers a lineup of selectable robots tailored to production volume and specifications, suitable for both small-batch, diverse production and mass production.
