Takubo's original painting conveyor line, "Dragon Line," is equipped with an accumulation mechanism that allows for a portion to remain in front of and behind the painting booth, temporarily stopping the line in the painting booth section. As the length of the painting booth increases, the exhaust airflow also increases, which in turn raises costs. By temporarily stopping the line in the painting booth, the booth width can be minimized to the necessary length, thereby reducing energy costs such as exhaust costs. This helps to lower painting costs and enables mass production.
