**Sludge Recovery System "BOSS 2000"** The sludge recovery system "BOSS 2000" pumps up paint mist repaired in the oil booth, separates it using a 1600G centrifugal separator, and condenses, solidifies, or semi-solidifies the collected sludge, making it possible to reduce the cost of waste disposal for paint sludge to about one-fifth of the conventional amount. **Compression and Separation of Sludge by 1600G Centrifugation** The pump draws up the repaired paint mist from the oil booth, which is then separated by the 1600G centrifugal separator. The paint sludge is compressed for easy removal. Additionally, the oil from which the paint sludge has been removed is returned to the oil booth. **Significant Reduction in Waste Disposal Costs** The paint sludge is compressed into smaller sizes, significantly reducing the amount of waste for disposal and greatly lowering costs. **Note:** It is necessary to confirm the applicable paint.
