The painting robot "Line Dancer" has improved its transportable weight, allowing it to carry up to 12 spray guns. One robot can match the work of approximately 12 spray men. It is a ceiling-mounted mobile robot house (booth) integrated with high safety, a unique painting robot from Takubo. It enables high production efficiency while maintaining high quality and low cost. With its unique rotary painting technology, R technology achieves high-quality coatings through a thin film multi-coating method. This is a dedicated high-efficiency conveyor line used for Soft Boy Pro Super Spindle and Line Dancer. The conveyor line equipped with an accumulation mechanism will have a longer booth width and increased exhaust energy costs as the number of guns mounted on the painting robot increases. The Dragon Line features an accumulation mechanism that temporarily stops the conveyor line only during the painting process. By equipping this accumulation mechanism on both sides of the robot, the conveyor line can be stopped during painting, allowing for the minimum necessary booth width, thereby enhancing mass production effects and reducing energy costs. It enables high-quality, large-scale production at low cost. This conveyor line can be used in conjunction with the Line Dancer.

A ceiling-mounted painting robot that eliminates the need for a danger zone, similar to floor-mounted multi-joint robots like balance arm types.
