High-efficiency painting conveyor line Dragon Line
This is a dedicated high-efficiency conveyor line used for Soft Boy Pro Super Spindle and Line Dancer. The conveyor line equipped with an accumulation mechanism will have a longer booth width and increased exhaust energy costs as the number of guns mounted on the painting robot increases. The Dragon Line features an accumulation mechanism that temporarily stops the conveyor line only during the painting process. By equipping this accumulation mechanism on both sides of the robot, the conveyor line can be stopped during painting, allowing for the minimum necessary booth width, thereby enhancing mass production effects and reducing energy costs. It enables high-quality, large-scale production at low cost. This conveyor line can be used in conjunction with the Line Dancer.
