**Features** - Utilizing the world's first ceiling-mounted mobile type characteristics, multiple guns can be attached to a single robot, allowing flexible production from 1 coat to 3 coats. - A compact painting system that enables significant reduction in paint consumption compared to conventional spindle methods, achieved through high-quality painting using the rotating painting R technology and a precision quantitative supply system with a syringe pump. - Equipped with 9 guns for simultaneous painting of 3 rings, allowing 15 workpieces per ring to be painted by rotating them in both directions simultaneously under robot control. - The paint control system with 9 guns mounted on one robot significantly reduces costs associated with color changes and setup changes. - Miniaturization of equipment: This robot system, W-Turn 6top, which has multiple guns mounted on a single robot, allows for 3-coat production with only one robot, reducing the number of robots to one-third of the usual amount. - By using a handling robot for transfer, long conveyor lines can be arranged in a multi-tier layout. - A compact painting system despite being a 3-coat production facility.
