【Sonaer】Ultrasonic Spray Nozzle
Ultrasonic vibrations generated by piezoelectric ceramics are transmitted to the spray nozzle (atomizer/nebulizer), where they vibrate the liquid film. This vibration forms fine particles for spraying (atomization/application). Unlike conventional spray nozzles, the liquid is supplied without pressure. "No pressurized liquid" means "no splatter or rebound," resulting in no waste of the applied liquid and eliminating the need for large booths.
This case study involves fuel cells.
