We have opened an application library for Vaisala liquid concentration measurement.
Vaisala's inline process refractometers have a wide range of applications. We have established an application library to introduce various uses. The "POLARIS series" features seven products adaptable for multiple purposes, covering a wide range of industries such as food, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, pulp and paper, and semiconductors that require concentration measurement. These products are ideal not only for end-users but also for OEMs supplying equipment manufacturers. The basic structure of Vaisala's refractometers includes a prism, an LED, and an optical image, all integrated within the sensor, where the liquid contacts the prism to calculate the liquid's concentration. Notice of Expansion of CO2 Probe Calibration Service at Tokyo Service Center
We are pleased to announce that the Vaisala Tokyo Service Center will begin offering services with a new CO2 calibration facility starting February 2022. As a result, calibration services for the GMP251/252 CO2 probes will now be available at the Tokyo Service Center, allowing for a shorter service time compared to the previous calibration period at our headquarters in Finland. Additionally, calibration certificates can now be issued in Japanese. ■Vaisala CARBOCAP GMP252 CO2 Probe This is an intelligent probe for measuring CO2 at ppm levels. The GMP252 measures CO2 in applications such as agriculture, CO2 refrigerants, greenhouses, and demand-controlled HVAC systems. It is suitable for stable and accurate ppm level measurements of CO2 in harsh environments with high humidity. The operating temperature range is -40 to +60°C, and the measurement range is 0 to 10,000 ppm CO2, with the capability to measure up to 30,000 ppm CO2 depending on accuracy. Accurate measurement of CO2 has been gaining increasing attention in recent years for a wide range of applications, including incubators, refrigerant leak detection, and biotechnology. *Case studies are introduced in the attached materials.
