There are two main types of plates used for hot stamping processing on plastic molded products: Rubber plates Metal engraved plates **Features of engraved plates** ▶ High hardness (made from materials like brass and iron) ▶ High reproducibility of designs ▶ Ability to create a pressed-in appearance of designs ▶ Good thermal conductivity **Features of rubber plates** ▶ High adhesion to molded products, making decoration defects less likely ▶ (Does not require strong pressure) Printing surface does not get dented ▶ Does not damage molded products ▶ Can be reused by replacing the worn rubber **Features of Tsujikawa's jigs** ▶ Even without molded product data, the shape of the product can be digitized using a 3D scanner, allowing for the creation of plates and jigs from modeling data. ▶ Since they are produced in conjunction with hot stamping plates, accurate alignment and high precision can be achieved. ▶ With a diverse range of equipment and skilled technicians with extensive knowledge and experience, flexible design is possible, providing all processing in a one-stop solution.

▶Large-scale 3D Printing It is possible to create objects with dimensions of 1800mm in height, 1500mm in width, and 1200mm in depth. Its features include fast printing speed and lightweight due to the hollow interior of the printed objects. It is also capable of producing large and complex shapes through segmented printing. ▶Precision Full-color 3D Printing In addition to full-color output, transparent color output is also possible. For mock-ups of transparent colors, such as tail lights, traditional methods involve machining from resin materials like acrylic. However, our company can reduce lead time and costs through 3D printing. ▶FDM Method 3D Printing

It supports engraving for molds used in primary processing such as injection molding and molds for secondary processing such as hot stamping, enabling a wide range of decorative proposals.

By applying special laser engraving to the molding die, fine textures are imparted to plastic molded products. It is possible to simultaneously process different expressions such as complex hairlines, grain patterns, and relief shapes that cannot be represented with etching plates or engraved plates.
