In cold pressing, the curing time for flash panels takes several minutes to several hours, making it impossible to move on to the next task immediately. However, with the "BONDEX-15L," bonding of flash panels can be completed in just "50 seconds," leading to overwhelming productivity improvements. It accommodates small lots and a variety of custom furniture, enabling short delivery times. Additionally, by using adhesives designed for high frequency, it achieves a reduction in product warping. Long products can be processed automatically up to 2400mm, and manually from 2400mm to 6000mm!
